for Successful Partnerships
A plethora of prizes are waiting
for the successful partnerships from
the new sponsors. EnduranceGB South West are offering Cash Prizes
to Class 1, the 80k ER
competitors as follows:-
1st Place will receive £50 and the coverted Boconnoc Bowl
2nd Place gets £30, and 3rd Place has £20.
To compliment these awards there is also the Boconnoc Best Condition
Award given to the horse and rider who complete Class 1 successfully and
in the opinion of the judge/s could continue being fit, well and in
excellent condition.
New Sponsorship
Sarah and Jan are delighted to welcome
new sponsors to this lovely ride at Boconnoc. Tack shop Houghtons, based
in Launceston is no stranger to many local riders from East
Cornwall. They are joined by the national horse feed company, Saracen
Horse Feeds, Horse First Equine Supplements and The Society of Master
Saddlers.

Jan and Sarah are no strangers to the sport of endurance riding! Jan is
the Ride Organiser of the Camel Valley Ride and has kindly agreed to
support Sarah and her husband, Tristan as they take over running the popular Boconnoc
Ride. Preparations are well underway and although the winter watershed
has caused some minor problems in Deerpark Forestry, Tristan is on the
case - Sarah has said that compared to riding on Exmoor, there are no
worries at Boconnoc!
Charity Donations
The chosen charity this year will be
the Cornwall Air Ambulance. Please
ask the Secretary in the caravan at the top of the venue field for
details.
